Documents to be submitted
  • 1. Aadhaar card: Aadhaar card (wherever possible)
  • 2. Bank account information: Opening page of bank passbook held in name of proprietor/business
  • 3. Digital Signature: This will be needed in case of companies and LLPs
  • 4. PAN card: PAN of individual in case of proprietorship: PAN of business in all other cases
  • 5. Photograph: One photo of proprietor/ promoters/partners/karta of HUF/managing partner or authorised person of company/managing trustee/person in charge for others
  • 6. Proof of appointment of authorized signatory: This will be a copy of the board resolution passed appointing a particular person as authorized signatory
  • 7. Proof of constitution of business: This will be your partnership deed/registration certificate of business entity
  • 8. Proof of principal/additional place of business: If your registered place of business is rented, then rental agreement and No Objection Certificate will be required.
